Elektroerozivní obrábění

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním obrobených ploch, které jsou zhotoveny elektroerozívním obráběním na stroji Agie. Výzkum je realizován ve firmě FOREZ s.r.o. Na úvod je zmíněn teoretický rozbor. Hlavní část se zabývá přípravou vzorků, průběhem obrábění, zapsáním výsledků do tabulek a vyfocením obrobené plochy. Na závěr jsou dané vzorky mezi sebou porovnány a daný experiment je celkově vyhodnocen.

The bachelor thesis drala with the comparison of machine – cut surfaces made by electroerosion machine tool Agie. The research is done in the FOREZ s.r.o. company. The introduction of the thesis is focused on theoretical analysis. The main part describes the preparation of the samples and further the process of machining itself. The results are writen into the charts and photograhps of the machine cut surfaces are enclosed. In conlusion the given samples are compared and finally there is the overall evaluation of the given experiment.
