Řešení mimořádných událostí při nehodách prostředků hromadné dopravy osob s velkým počtem zraněných

Abstract

V diplomové práci je uveden statistický přehled mimořádných událostí spojených s nehodami prostředků hromadné dopravy osob a charakteristika tramvajových, autobusových, trolejbusových a železničních osobních prostředků s popisem jejich konstrukčních částí, uvedením vozidla do bezpečného stavu a nouzovým vniknutím do vozidla. Dále je popsán způsob řízení zásahu při událostech s výskytem velkého počtu raněných. Specifikuje úkoly a činnosti složek integrovaného záchranného systému a způsob třídění raněných. V závěru je návrh systému odborné přípravy na řešení nehod těchto prostředků.

In this diploma work is stated a summary of the extraordinary events, which are connected with the accidents of the mass transportation and a characteristic of the tram, the bus, the trolley-bus and the railway services with a description of their contructional members. Also how to make a car into the safe position and an emergency approach in the vehicle. There is described the way of the leading intervation during the events with a great number of wounded people. The duties and the operations of the integrated rescue system´s branches are specified in the diploma work and the way of the injury clearing. In the end you can find a suggestion of a professional training system for solving the transportation problems.
