Vstup České republiky do EU z hlediska celní problematiky a implementace Intrastatu v rámci UNIPETROLU RPA

Abstract

Cílem České republiky je maximální ochrana její ekonomiky. Jedním z nejdůležitějších nástrojů této ochrany jsou opatření v rámci oběhu zboží ve styku s Evropskou unií, ale i se zeměmi, které do Evropské unie nepatří. Tento úkol plní Celní správa České republiky a deklarantská veřejnost v rámci celního řízení. V bakalářské práci je definován vývoj celního řízení ve vztahu k historii a současnosti v návaznosti na jeho elektronizaci v rámci exportů a importů zboží a dále v rámci implementace a provádění Intrastatu. Cílem těchto moderních postupů je zjednodušení a sjednocení postupů celního řízení v České republice, ale i v celé Evropské unii. Zjednodušení výše uvedených postupů je znatelné z grafů, které jsou přílohou bakalářské práce a dále z popisu nových postupů v celním řízení v rámci e-Dovozů a e-Vývozů, které jsou součástí této práce.

The target of the Czech Republic is to protect its economy at the very most. One of the most important tools in the protection consists in the measure in scope of goods circulation in the contact with EU as well as the countries not belonging to the European Union. This task has been fulfiled by the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic and the customs community in scope of the customs proceedings. In the bachelor thesis, there is defined the development of the customs proceedings in connection with the history and the present, in further reference to its application of electronics in scope of exports and imports of goods and furthermore in scope of Intrastat implementation and operation. The target of these modern procedures is simplification and unification of customs proceedings procedures not only in the Czech Republic, but in the whole European Union as well. Simplification of the above mentioned procedures is noticeable from the graphs included in the appendix of this bachelor thesis as well as from the description of new procedures within the customs proceedings in scope of e-Imports and e-Exports, which form one part of this thesis.
