Abstract

DOSTUPNOST BYDLENÍ V ČESKÉ REPUBLICE

Bydlení patří společně s výživou a odíváním mezi základní životní potřeby a stává se tak významnou součástí života.

Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení dostupnosti bydlení v České republice a v krajích ČR, a nastínění její vývojové tendence. Dostupnost bydlení je hodnocena z pohledu fyzické a finanční dostupnosti bydlení.

Základní informace týkající se oblasti bydlení poskytuje úvodní část práce, společně se zdůrazněním aktuálnosti dané problematiky. Provedené analýzy uvedené v praktické části se zaměřují na dosažení cíle. Zvolení časového horizontu vyplynulo z dostupnosti dat. Hodnocení fyzické a finanční dostupnosti bydlení je provedeno na základě výsledků analýz a poznatků z vybraných publikací.

V celkovém souhrnu je fyzická i finanční dostupnost bydlení v ČR i v jejích krajích hodnocena v závěru, společně s charakteristikou její vývojové tendence.

THE AVAILABILITY OF LIVING IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC

Living belongs together with nutrition and clothing among the basic living requirements and becomes a significant part of our life.

The goal of my dissertation is to evaluate the availability of living in the Czech Republic and the regions in the Czech Republic and to outline its tendency of development. The availability of living is evaluated from the view of physical and financial availability of living.

The basic information concerning the living provides the first part of the dissertation together with emphasizing of topicality of the given problem. The realised analyses mentioned in the practical part focuse on achieving the goal. The time period was chosen to the availibility of the data. The evaluation of the physical and financial availibility of living was done on the basis of the results of the analyses and the knowledge taken from the chosen publications.

The physical and financial availability of living in the Czech Republic and in its regions is evaluated in conclusion together with the tendency of the development.
