Semimobilní váha na vážení silničních vozidel

Abstract

Diplomová práca spracováva návrh riešenia a výroby semimobilnej váhy pre váženie cestných vozidiel s kolesovým tlakom 50 kN. Na váhe sa budú vážiť vozidlá, ktoré svojou konštrukciou spĺňajú podmienky kladené normou DIN 8119. Práca v úvodnej časti podrobne spracováva problematiku váženia cestných vozidiel. Následne je rozobraný konštrukčný návrh váhy, ktorý zahŕňa jak návrh oceľovej konštrukcie váhy, tak návrh váhy zo železobetónu s porovnaním oboch variant. Návrh oceľovej konštrukcie je spracovaný pomerne detailne so zreteľom na prevedené pevnostné výpočty. V prílohe sa nachádza výkresová dokumentácia váh.

Dissertation work processing suggestion of solution and production of semi-mobile weighing machine for road carriages weighing with wheel pressure 50 kN. On the weight will be measureing vehicles, which construction comply lay down conditions of DIN 8119 norm. Introduction of the work process detailed problems of weighing vehicles. Consecutively is analyzeing construction proposal of the weight, which included as suggestion of weight steel construction so weight suggestion from ferroconcrete, with comparing both variants. Suggestion of steel construction is process rather detailed regard to execute solidity results. In attachment be founded drawings documentation of weight.
