Návrh manipulačního zařízení v balící lince

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem manipulačního zařízení v balící lince. V úvodu jsou popsány problémy se starým manipulačním zařízením. Na základě prošetření těchto problémů jsou navrženy další možné varianty manipulace s ytongy. Dále je vybráno jedno z možných řešení a proveden konstrukční návrh manipulačního zařízení , navrženy pohony a provedeny výpočty vybraných strojních částí. Cílem práce je navrhnout nový stroj, který zvýší spolehlivost a plynulost dopravy v balící lince.

The topic of this baccalaureate thesis is the design of the handling device in a dispatch department. In the opening there is the description of critical issues connected with the old handling device. Based on the critical issues investigation there are proposed the new possible options how to manipulate with ytongs. Next part of the thesis contains the following steps: choosing one of the proposed solutions, construction design of the handling device, drive proposal and calculation of selected parts of the machine. The objective of the thesis is to design a new machine to improve reliability and smoothness of transport in a dispatch department.
