Technologický postup provádění stavebních prací objektu bytového domu

Abstract

Bytové domy jsou objekty sloužící k trvalému užívání. Z tohoto důvodu je nutné, aby tyto objekty byly provedeny konstrukčně správně dle příslušných norem a požadavků výrobců použitých materiálů, čímž je zajištěna jejich bezpečnost a dlouhá životnost. Náplní této práce je provést konstrukční návrh objektu bytového domu a určit správný technologický postup při provádění některých konstrukcí. V první části práce je řešena výkresová dokumentace objektu. V druhé části je popsán správný postup při provádění základových konstrukcí a porovnání variant zastřešení. Dále bylo také potřeba stanovit předpokládanou dobu výstavby a cenu stavby.

Residential buildings are buildings used for permanent use. For this reason it is necessary that these objects were made structurally correct according to relevant standards and requirements of manufacturers of materials used, ensuring their safety and durability. The content of this work is to design the building and apartment building to determine the correct technological progress on the implementation of certain structures. The first part is solved by drawing an object. The second part describes the correct procedure for the implementation of foundation structures and comparing the options of the roof. Furthermore, it was also necessary to determine the estimated time and cost of building construction.
