Rodinný dům s provozovnou, Vsetín

Abstract

Podstatou bakalářské práce je zpracování dokumentace studie stavby a dokumentace pro provedení stavby, obě tyto dokumentace jsou provedeny pro objekt rodinného domu s provozovnou ve Vsetíně, který je součástí komplexu řadových domů. Část studie stavby, která byla částečně rozpracována v rámci předmětu Ateliérová tvorba I, obsahuje základní návrh stavby, včetně rozboru jejího území. Druhý oddíl práce, tedy dokumentace pro provedení stavby, popisuje pozemek stavby, konstrukční řešení, použité materiály a pracovní postupy tak, aby všechny podklady pro realizaci objektu byly srozumitelné, jednoznačné a zajistily plynulý průběh stavby. Podklady pro realizaci stavby se rozumí zejména technická zpráva a výkresová dokumentace, jež tvoří základ druhé části bakalářské práce.

The subject matter of the bachelor´s work is a documentation processing of building study and documentation for building construction, both of these documentations are performed to an object of a family house with an establishment being the part of the complex of split-level houses in the town Vsetín. The part of building study, which was partially elaborated in the frame of the subject Studio Creation I, contains a fundamental structural design inclusive an analysis of its area. The second part of the work, quasi the documentation for the building construction, describes a building parcel, a structural design, used materials and a work procedure so that all details to the execution of the object may be understandable, unambiguous, and may provide a continuous building process. Above all the technical report and the drawing documentation forming the basis of the second part of the bachelor´s work are understood as the details to the building execution.
