Vady odlitků vyráběných do jednotné bentonitové směsi na automatické formovací lince HWS

Abstract

Cílem mé diplomové práce je posouzení typických vad odlitků a rozbor příčin těchto vad u odlitků vyráběných do jednotné bentonitové směsi na automatické formovací lince HWS ve společnosti Slévárny Třinec, a.s. Součásti diplomové práce jsou popsány nejčastější, vyskytující se vady odlitků včetně fotodokumentace, popis linky, mísiče, formovací směsi a také návrhy k odstranění nebo omezení vzniku slévárenských vad, hlavně v oblasti úpravy jednotné formovací směsi.

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the typical defects of casts and to analyse the cause of these defects produced in the bentonite unit sand on the automatic forming line HWS in the Foundry Třinec a.s. company. In the thesis there are listed the most commonly occuring defects of casts including the photodocumentation, the description of the line, the blender and the sand mixture as well as the suggestion for eliminating or minimizing the formation of foundry defects, especially in the field of the unit sand preparation.
