Ekologické daně

Abstract

Bakalářská práce podává ucelený základní pohled na aplikaci ekologických daní v rámci legislativy České republiky, jejich uplatňování ve společnosti ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s. a nastiňuje názorovou odlišnost na výklad některých jejich ustanovení z pohledu správce daně a plátce daně. Současně navrhuje změnu způsobu využití prostředků, které do státního rozpočtu plynou výběrem ekologických daní.

The bachelor theses provides a comprehensive look at the basic application of the energy taxes in the legislation of the Czech republic, their implementation in the company ArcelorMittal Ostrava as and outlines the differences of opinion on the interpretation of certain provisions from the perspective of tax administration and taxpayer. At the same time the bachelor theses proposes to change how the resources that flow into the state budget with energy taxes collection.
