Analýza společné obchodní politiky EU

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza společné obchodní politiky, její detailnější rozbor, rozbor cílů a jejich plnění. V práci je uvedena historie společné obchodní politiky a její základy. V druhé části je uvedeno jaké smlouvy jsou pro SOP klíčové, zejména pak Lisabonská smlouva. Dále se práce zabývá otázkou, kdo prosazuje společnou obchodní politiku v EU a popisuje nástroje potřebné k prosazování a řízení SOP. Bakalářská práce v analytické a trendové části zahrnuje jaké dohody nebo smlouvy jsou s jednotlivými státy uzavřené, jejich vývoj a vliv na obchod. Poslední část uvádí podmínky, které musí splnit ČR pro vstup do eurozóny a problémy s tím spojené.

The objective of the thesis is an in-depth analysis of the common business policy, its goals and fulfilment. The thesis provides the historical background to the business policy and its foundations. In the second part of the thesis, the key treaties for CBP are examined, the Lisabon treaty in particular. The thesis further examines which countries support the common business policy in the EU and desribes the tools needed to enforce and coordinate the CBP. Both parts, analytical and trend, of the thesis cover the contracts and treaties among particular EU members that have been signed and executed, their developments, and impact they have had on trade. In the final part, we discuss the conditions necessary for the Czech Republic to enter the EU and the problems that come along with joining the EU.
