Smysl a cíl certifikátu jakosti, životního prostředí a bezpečnosti práce

Abstract

Daná práce se zaměřuje na jednotlivé systémy QMS, EMS/EMAS, OHSAS a především na integrovaný systém IMS, jaký mají vlastně smysl, vysvětlit jejich podstatu a objasnit přínosy zavádění těchto systémů a následných certifikací. Nejdříve je popsána historie managementu jakosti, v další části je vysvětlen pojem certifikace, dále pak popsány všechny systémy, postup jejich zavádění atd. V další kapitole je uvedena charakteristika OK,a.s. Třetí kapitola popisuje finanční situaci v této společnosti, např. hospodářský výsledek, rezervy atd. Další část se zaměřuje na konkrétní zavádění systémů v OK, a.s a na závěr jsou shrnuty kladné a záporné stránky zavádění těchto systémů.

This thesis focuses on the systems QMS, EMS/EMAS, OHSAS and especially on the integrated system IMS, what is their meaning, it explain their nature and clarify benefits of implementation of these systems and subsequent certifications. First it describes history of quality management, in the next section it explains the concept of certification and then it describes all systems, procedures for their implementation etc. In the next chapter we can find characteristics of OK, a.s. The third chapter describes the financial situation of the company, such as economic profit, reserves, etc. Another section focuses on the practical implementation of the systems in OK, a.s. and finally the thesis summarizes positive and negative aspects of this implementation.
