Abstract

Analýza vlastností speciálních slitin železa Cílem diplomové práce bylo, zjistit vlastnosti speciálních slitin železa, hlavně pro ICDP litinu používanou pro výrobu odstředivě litých válců. V diplomové práci, je řešena problematika metalurgického zpracování ICDP litin s důrazem na zabezpečení požadovaného plošného podílu grafitu v mikrostruktuře plášťové litiny odstředivě litých válců. Na odlitých vzorcích ICDP litin, byla zkoumána mikrostruktura, to je tvar rozložení grafitu a tvrdost základní kovové hmoty. Dále byl na odlitých vzorcích měřen koeficient teplotní roztažnosti α.

Analysis of special iron alloys The aim of this thesis was to find out the special characteristics of iron alloys, especially for ICDP iron used for the production of centrifugally cast tubes. In this thesis, approaches the problem of metallurgical processing of ICDP iron with security in the desired proportion of the graphite sheet in the shell microstructure of centrifugally cast iron cylinder. The ICDP cast iron samples were investigated microstructure, it is the shape of the distribution of graphite and the hardness of base metal materials. In addition to the cast samples was measured thermal expansion coefficient α.
