Komplexní revitalizace panelových domů

Abstract

Diplomová práce se týká komplexní revitalizace a požární bezpečnosti panelových domů. V prvé části se zabývám panelovými domy samotnými, jejich výstavbou, soustavami, nedostatky a požáry. V druhé části jsem rozebrala předpisy týkající se projektování panelových domů. Následně je probrána komplexní revitalizace těchto domů s možností nových trendů a zvyšování požární bezpečnosti. V poslední části jsou uvedeny upozornění na zjištěné nedostatky v předpisech a úkoly zúčastěných stran. Práce uvádí přehled současných požadavků na rekonstrukci jednotlivých částí s návrhy na zlepšení. Diplomová práce by měla sloužit jako přehled problematiky komplexní revitalizace panelových domů se zaměřením na požární bezpečnost.

This thesis discusses the comprehensive revitalization and fire safety of a prefabricated house. The first part deals with prefabricated houses, their construction, assembly, failures and fires. In the second part, I discussed the regulations relating to the design of prefabricated houses. Subsequently, I analyzed the concept of a comprehensive revitalization of these buildings with new trends and increased fire safety. The last section notes the found deficiencies in the regulations and the responsibilities of the interested parties. This thesis presents an overview of the current requirements for reconstruction of various sections with suggestions for improvement. The thesis should serve as a comprehensive overview of the issues of revitalization of prefabricated buildings with a focus on fire safety.
