Objemová studie rekonstrukce budovy a areálu „SOEX s.r.o." v Třinci - Kojkovice

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá objemovou studií rekonstrukce budovy a areálu firmy SOEX s.r.o., která se nachází v bývalém kravíně v Třinci – Kojkovice. Projekt řeší rozšíření výrobního areálu, který se skládá z přístavby a nástavby stávající technicko-administrativní části, vestavby sociálního zázemí v 2.NP nad výrobní částí a stavbou nové haly na místě stávající sedimentační plochy vedle haly, která bude funkčně propojená spojovacím krčkem. Architektonické a urbanistické řešení je navrženo tak, aby bylo funkční a mělo návaznost na okolí objektu. V neposlední řadě se zabývá řešením dopravní situace kolem objektu a parkovacími místy. Součástí práce je také propočet nákladů na rekonstrukci.

This diploma thesis deals with the volume study of the reconstruction of the building and the premises of the company SOEX s.r.o. which is situated in the former cow house in Třinec-Kojkovice. The project focuses on the widening of the production premises which consist of the extension of current technical and administrative part of the building, in-building of a social background on the second floor over the production premises, and furthermore it presents a construction of a new hall which will be erected in the place of the current sedimentation area and will be functionally interconnected with the building by a passage. Architectural and urban solution is projected to be functional and to have connection with the surroundings of the object. Last but not least, the thesis deals with the traffic solution in the surrounding of the object and with parking places. The calculation of the reconstruction costs is enclosed as part of the thesis.
