Měření mechanických a tepelných vlastností rapid prototypingových materiálů

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na stanovení mechanických a tepelných vlastností dvou polymerních látek PC a ABS vyrobené odlišnými technologiemi. Vzorky z PC i ABS byly připraveny konvečním způsobem vstřikováním do forem i za pomocí rapid prototypingové technologie FDM. Naměřené výsledné mechanické vlastnosti pomocí tahové zkoušky a stanovené tepelné vlastnosti těchto materiálů v adiabatické komoře byly zpracovány ke vzájemnému porovnání jejich vlastností v závislosti na způsobu výroby.

This thesis focuses on determining the mechanical and thermal properties of two polymers PC and ABS produced by different technologies. Samples from PC and ABS were prepared by conventional injection molding method and using rapid prototyping technology of FDM. Measured mechanical properties using tensile tests and specified thermal properties of these materials in the adiabatic chamber were processed for mutual comparing their properties depending on the method of production.
