Hospodaření městské nemocnice

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku hospodaření nemocnic, kdy za předmět zkoumání byla vybrána Městská nemocnice v Odrách, p.o.. Cílem diplomové práce je na základě přezkoumání hospodaření Městské nemocnice v Odrách, p.o. formulovat následná doporučení ke zvýšení její hospodárnosti a efektivnosti. Diplomová práce se zabývá obecným pojetí nemocnic, jejími možnými zřizovateli a také metodami financování nemocniční péče. Dále popisuje hospodaření nemocnic, které jsou zřízeny městem, jako příspěvkové organizace. V praktické části diplomové práce je provedena analýza hospodaření Městské nemocnice v Odrách, příspěvkové organizace za sledované období 2004 – 2011. V závěru jsou uvedeny zjištění a doporučení ke zlepšení hospodaření Městské nemocnice v Odrách, příspěvkové organizace plynoucí z provedené analýzy. V této diplomové práci je použita metody jako je analýza hospodaření a dále metoda zobecnění, dedukce či syntézy.

This thesis is focused on the management of hospitals where the Odry City Hospital was chosen as thestudy subject. The aim of the thesis is based on management review of the Odry City Hospital, after the formulation of subsequent recommendations to increase its efficiency and effectiveness. This thesis deals with the general concept of hospitals, its possible founders and possible methods of financing hospital care. It also describes the management of hospitals, which are established by the city as contributory organizations. In the practical part of the thesis is an analysis of management in Odry City Hospital, during the reporting period 2004 - 2011. In conclusion are the findings and recommendations to improve management of the City Hospital in Odry resulting from the analysis. In this work are used method such as economic analysis and generalization of the method, deduction or synthesis.
