Studie ohrožení obyvatelstva při úniku čpavku ze zimního stadionu v Uničově

Abstract

The thesis deals with study of thread of leakage of hazardous substances from cooling equipment in a sports center. Firstly there are clarified requirements for such devices from the perspective of legislation and regulations being in force in the CZ and EU, and differences of cooling technologies, kinds of refrigerants and cool carriers used in the CZ explained. After that follows a characteristic of leakage of the hazardous substance with dislocation of the cooling equipment and description of climatic conditions in the area. On the basis of those facts and by using of software modeling the risk assessment is, done and the results obtained define the zone of emergency planning. The outcome of the thesis is a proposal of domestic emergency plan for the needs of ORP Uničov.
