Fundamentální analýza ČEZ, a.s.

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá sestavením fundamentální analýzy akciové společnosti ČEZ. Zjišťovala se vnitřní hodnota akcie, která se srovnávala se současným kurzem na trhu. Na základě srovnání bylo stanoveno, že vnitřní hodnota akcie společnosti ČEZ je podhodnocena. V závěru byly shrnuty výsledky fundamentální analýzy a bylo stanoveno investiční doporučení na nákup akcií společnosti ČEZ.

This thesis is concerned with the construction of fundamental analysis of the company ČEZ. The intrinsic value of the shares is investigated and compared with the current rate in the market. Based on a comparison, the intrinsic value of ČEZ shares is undervalued. The results of the fundamental analysis were summarized at the end. Also the investment recommendation was provided. The recommendation was to buy shares of ČEZ.
