Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zpracováním problematiky eGovernmentu v České republice se zaměřením na oblast soudnictví. Cílem bakalářské práce je vymezit obecně specifické nástroje eGovernmentu justice v České republice a konkrétně v podmínkách Městského soudu v Brně. V první části práce je rozebrána obecná implementace eGovernmentu ve státní správě. Dále práce pokračuje možnostmi elektronizace samotného soudnictví. Praktickou částí práce je pak analýza konkrétních postupů a činností, které bylo třeba realizovat při elektronizaci práce na Městském soudě v Brně.

This thesis deals with implementation of eGovernment in the Czech Republic, focusing on the eJustice. The aim of this work is to describe tools of eJustice in Czech Republic and specifically in terms of the Municipal Court in Brno. The first part is devoted to the general implementation of eGovernment in the public administration. The thesis continues with the computerization of judiciary itself. The practical part of the thesis is an analysis of particular practices and activities that were realized within the computerization at the Municipal Court in Brno.
