Nákupní centrum - stavebně technologický projekt

Abstract

Obsahem diplomové práce je projekt objektu nákupního centra v rozsahu pro stavební řízení včetně stavební a technologické části. Stavební část obsahuje dokumentaci stavebního objektu složenou z výkresové části a technické zprávy zpracované dle platné právní legislativy a příslušných norem, tepelně technické posouzení obvodových konstrukcí a energetický štítek obálky budovy dle ČSN 73 0540-2 [24]. Technologická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na provádění staveb a obsahuje technologický postup pro realizaci základových konstrukcí objektu s přesným a podrobným popisem postupu prací a všemi ostatními náležitostmi.

The purpose of my Thesis is a project of a purchasing centre in the volume of the building permission preceedings together with constructional and technological parts. The constructional part consists of the documentation of the building object which has a technical drawing part and technical report elaborated in accordance with valid legislation and related standards, thermal assessment of perimeter structures and an energetic card of an envelope according to Czech standard ČSN 73 0540-2 [24]. The technological part focuses on carrying out the building works and it consists of the technological procedure for realisation of foundation constructions of an object with precise and detailed description of operating procedures and other appurtenances.
