Poplatky spojené se studiem na vysokých školách v České Republice

Abstract

Diplomová práce Poplatky spojené se studiem na vysokých školách v České republice se věnuje problematice poplatků, které mohou vysoké školy dle zákona o vysokých školách vyměřit studentům v případě naplnění stanovených podmínek. Nejprve jsou charakterizovány pojmy potřebné ke vstupu do problematiky, poté jsou poplatky rozebrány z obecného hlediska a v návaznosti na analýzu zákonné úpravy se zabýváme porovnáním konkrétní samosprávné úpravy vybraných veřejných vysokých škol. Výsledkem práce je srovnání regulace poplatků na vybraných školách. Kromě výše poplatků a z nich plynoucích příjmů dané škole nebyly zjištěny žádné větší rozdíly v implementaci zákonných nařízení do vnitřních předpisů. V zákonné úpravě poplatků spojených se studiem byly nalezeny určité nejasnosti. Řešením je vypracování nové legislativní úpravy. Která by nedostatky odstranila.

The thesis Study-related Fees at Universities in the Czech Republic is dealing with the issue of fees, which may be, according to The Higher Education Act, assessed to students by the Universities in case of the fulfillment of specific conditions. At first, the concepts needed to entry into the issue are characterized, then, the fees are analyzed in general terms and in relation to the analysis of Statutory regulations, the specific Self-governance regulations of selected public universities are compared. The outcome of the thesis is a comparison of regulations of fees at selected universities. Besides amount of fees and the incomes of the university arising from that, no big differences in the implementation of statutory regulations into internal regulations were detected. In the Statutory Study-related fees, some unclear parts were found. The solution is to develop new legislative regulations that would eliminate these imperfections.
