Oddlužení a jeho ekonomické a sociální důsledky pro dlužníka

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá oddlužením jako způsobem řešení dluhů. Cílem práce je charakterizovat základní kroky týkající se oddlužení a jeho ekonomické a sociální důsledky pro dlužníka. V rámci práce je analyzováno 50 dlužníků z insolvenčního rejstříku. Hlavní příčinou finančních problémů dlužníka je především nízká finanční gramotnost a špatné finanční hospodaření. Tuto práci lze využít jako praktickou příručku pro účastníky insolvenčního řízení.

The bachelor thesis deals with the discharge of debts as a way of solving debts. The aim of this thesis is to characterize the basic individual steps concerning the discharge of debts and its economic and social consequences for the debtor. Within the thesis are analysed 50 insolvency register debtors. The main reason for the debtors´ financial problems are primarily their low financial literacy and their poor financial management. This thesis can be used as a practical manual for the participants of insolvency proceedings.
