Analýza pracovní náplně a spotřeby času dílenských seřizovačů ve společnosti

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na sledování spotřeby času dílenských seřizovačů. Ve výrobě mají seřizovači za úkol nastavit obráběcí stroje pro obsluhu. Konkrétně je nastavení prováděno na bruskách, kde se brousí úhly a zaoblení vyměnitelných břitových destiček. V úvodní části práce je popsaná obecná charakteristika řešené problematiky. V hlavní části práce jsou popsána jednotlivá měření využití strojů a spotřeby času seřizovačů. Bakalářská práce obsahuje vyhodnocení, návrhy na zlepšení a celkové zhodnocení přínosu práce.

The Bachelor Thesis focuses on the observation of time consumption of workshop adjusters. Adjusters are supposed to set the cutting machines during the productive process. Specifically the setting is done with help of grinding machine, where the angles and curvature of indexable cutting inserts are sharpened. In the introductory part, describes general characteristic of the problem. The theme of the main part are individual measurements of using the machines and necessary time for this setting. Bachelor Thesis consists of results of these measurements, suggestions to improvement and general analysis of benefits of this work.
