Analýza možností zabezpečení zimního stadionu

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na možnosti zabezpečení Zimního stadionu Ivana Hlinky v Litvínově při hokejových utkáních i mimo ně. Práce obsahuje rozbor právního hlediska v souvislosti se zabezpečením objektu a poskytováním služeb soukromé bezpečnostní agentury a následně uvádí deskripci lokality s částečným zaměřením na historický vývoj budování stadionu. Popisná část diplomové práce formuje do příslušných celků aktuální stav fyzické ochrany objektu, které jsou v souvislostech podkladem pro zpracovanou analýzu rizik a nebezpečí z procesního i strukturálního hlediska. Poslední část diplomové práce se zabývá návrhem standardu pro zabezpečení zimních stadionů v České republice a na jeho základě variantními návrhy řešení odpovídajícími rizikům vyhodnoceným zpracovanou analýzou, včetně implementace inovativních technologií, a dále ekonomickou náročností těchto návrhů.

The diploma thesis is focused on the possibilities for secure the Winter stadium of Ivan Hlinka in Litvínov during ice-hockey matches and beyond them. The theses contains an analysis of the legal aspects related to security of object and the provision of services of a private security agency and then introduce the description of the locality with a partial focus on the historical development of building the stadium. The descriptive part of the thesis forms current condition of physical protection of object to the appropriate parts, which are in context the basis for the risk analysis of procedural and structural aspects. The last part of the thesis deals with the proposal of security standard for winter stadiums in the Czech Republic and based on it deals with the variant proposal of solutions appropriate to the risks assessed by analysis, including implementation of innovative technologies, and economic costs of these proposals.
