Původní protipožární ochrana konstrukcí jako možná azbestová zátěž stavebních objektů

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce bude přehled systémů pasivní protipožární ochrany s výskytem azbestu. Součástí práce bude historický vývoj používání azbestu, včetně lokalit jeho těžby a zpracování. V diplomové práci je řešen vliv azbestu na zdravotní stav hasičů a na životní prostředí, je zde posouzen současný stav průzkumu a odstraňování starých azbestových zátěží stavebních objektů. V závěrečné části diplomové práce budou popsány správné a chybné postupy pro práce s materiály na bázi azbestu a jejich očekávaný vývoj v budoucnosti. Týká se to především oprav, údržby, odstranění a skladování materiálů s obsahem azbestu. Diplomová práce by měla zhodnotit, zda právní předpisy používané v České republice dostatečně ochraňují lidské životy včetně životního prostředí a zda jsou předpisy v České republice v souladu s právními předpisy jiných vyspělých zemí světa.

The aim of the thesis is a summary of systems of passive fire protection with the occurrence of asbestos. Part of the work will be historical development of the use of asbestos including mining sites and manufactory. The thesis deal with the effect of asbestos on the health of firemen and environment , so there is assessment of the current state of exploration and removal of old asbestos loads of buildings. In the final part of the thesis will be demonstrated correct and incorrect procedures work with asbestos-based materials and their expected future developments. This applies particularly to repair, maintenance, removal and storage of materials containing asbestos. The thesis should determine whether the legislation Czech Republic sufficiently protect human life including the environment and whether the legislation Czech Republic is in accordance with the legislation of other developed countries.
