Ochrana obyvatelstva pod vodním dílem Dalešice

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na ochranu obytné oblasti pod vodním dílem Dalešice. V první části práce je uvedena charakteristika přehrad, jejich dělení a základní specifikace vodního díla Dalešice. Jsou popsány možné příčiny ohrožení vodního díla Dalešice, bezpečnost vodního díla a území pod ním. Práce se také zabývá současnými povodňovými opatřeními. V druhé části práce je popsáno zajištění ochrany obyvatelstva, včetně varování, vyrozumění, evakuace a nouzového přežití obyvatelstva spolu s regulačními omezeními pohybu osob a dopravních prostředků na území ohroženém povodní. V poslední části práce je zhodnocen současný stav ochrany obyvatelstva pod vodním dílem Dalešice a navrženy opatření na zlepšení.

The bachelor´s work is focused on the protection of the residential areas under the Dalešice dam. The first part of the work describes characteristics of dams, their separation and the basic specifications of the Dalesice dam. It describes the possible causes of threats to the dam, the safety of the dam and the area beneath and the flood control measures. The second part describes how to ensure the protection of the population. Using of warnings, notifications, evacuation and emergency survival of the population along with regulatory restrictions of the people and vehicles movement in the territory affected by the flood. The last part of the work evaluates the current state of the protection of the population beneath the Dalesice dam and it proposes the measures for improvement.
