Zabezpečení vybraného provozu společnosti Arcellor Mittal prostředky technické ochrany objektů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na zabezpečení areálu Struskového hospodářství společnosti ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s. pomocí prvků fyzické ochrany. V první části jsou vypsány právní předpisy a technické normy týkající se dané problematiky. Následuje teoretická část, ve které jsou uvedeny a specifikovány jednotlivé druhy fyzické ochrany. V praktické části je popsán vybraný areál Struskového hospodářství a jeho současný stav zabezpečení. Na tento popis navazují analýzy bezpečnostních rizik, které identifikují a vyhodnocují možné nedostatky fyzické ochrany areálu. V poslední části jsou uvedeny dva inovativní návrhy zabezpečení areálu z hlediska zjištěných nedostatků.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the protection of the Slag treatment area of ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s. by using elements of the physical protection. In the first part there are legislation and technical standards relating to the issue. In the next part there is theory in which are described and specified different types of the physical protection. Description of the Slag treatment area and its current protection are in the practical part of this thesis. This description continues by the analysis of security risks, which identify and evaluate potential insufficiencies of the physical protection of area. In the last part there are two innovative proposals for the area security by identified deficiencies.
