Bytový dům v pasivním standardu

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is the design an apartment building in the passive Standard, wooden structure. There is an emphasis on the lowest energy consumption in the house when is solving, mainly to heating and warming hot water. The heating is solved as warm air, using by recuperation, which also serves for house airing. Furthermore, in this diploma thesis are calculated and considered constructions of viewpoint of the thermal technology in the diploma thesis, the certificate of energy performance of the building is worked out. The last point is economical evaluation fot two variant of heating system. This project includes the design documentation and technical report building parts, as well as drawings and technical report of the heating system and appendixes which lists are calculations needed to projecting heating. The resulting suggestion fulfill all current BC and EN standards.
