Systémová obnova technické infrastruktury v urbanizovaném území

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá zkoumáním inženýrských sítí v urbanizovaném území. Technické vybavení v urbanizovaném území představuje komplexní problém s řadou otázek, na které se dnes často jen těžko hledá odpověď, absentuje-li snaha o dostatečně zkoordinované řešení včetně reakce na změny podmínek řešení. Na začátku shrnuje stav řešené problematiky, jak obecně tak konkrétně na jednotlivé části TI a ukazuje na problémy, které vznikají. Adekvátně ukazuje i prostředky a postupy řešení. Řešený problém je velmi aktuální téma, které se musí sofistikovaně řešit, pomocí moderních výpočtových programů. Je nutné usilovat o zabezpečení ucelené technické obsluhy urbanizovaného území v souladu s požadavkem trvale udržitelného rozvoje území. Podpořit tvorbu podkladů pro návrh adekvátní reakce na hrozby vyplývající z koncepčních a organických vad technického řešení systémů hromadné technické obsluhy v úseku vodohospodářských a energetických síťových odvětví i odvětví telekomunikační obsluhy urbanizovaného území. Výpočtový program odhalují příčiny a následky v zátěžových stavech. Z toho vyplývá, že tento přístup je z hlediska udržitelného rozvoje technické infrastruktury v urbanizovaném území velmi pozitivní.

This dissertation examines the utility networks in urban areas. The equipment in urban areas is a complex issue with many of the issues that are today often hard to find an answer, is absent if the effort to adequately coordinated solutions including response to changes in solution conditions.
