Výskyt pesticidů ve vnitřním prostředí depozitáře etnografické a historické podsbírky Slezského zemského muzea v Opavě

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou výskytu pesticidů v objektech depozitářů. Z důvodu rozsáhlé oblasti ošetřovaných objektů je práce zaměřena pouze na problematiku ochrany dřeva. První dvě části práce jsou rešeršního charakteru se zaměřením na příčiny poškození dřeva a dále na charakterizaci vybraných chlorovaných pesticidů, které mohou negativně ovlivňovat prostředí a zdraví člověka, včetně přehledu legislativy České republiky, Evropské unie i mezinárodních dohod. Třetí část je zaměřena na výskyt chlorovaných pesticidů v různých zemích, kde byly sledovány. V experimentální části se zabývám analýzou prachu v objektech depozitářů Slezského zemského muzea v Opavě, s cílem poskytnout pohled na stav prostředí z hlediska možné kontaminace organochlorovanými pesticidy.

This thesis deals with the occurrence of pesticides in objects of depositories. Due to the large areas of treated objects work is focused only on the issue of the protection of wood. The first two chapters of the search focusing on the nature causes of wood damage and further characterization of selected chlorinated pesticides that may negatively affect the environment and human health, including an overview of the legislation of the Czech Republic, the European Union and international agreements. Third part is focused on the occurrence of chlorinated pesticides in various countries in which they were measured. In the experimental part I deal with analysis of dust in objects of depositories Silesian Museum in Opava, with the aim provide insights into the status of the environment in terms of possible chlorinated pesticides contamination.
