Vliv očkování a nauhličování na kvalitu litiny

Abstract

Cílem této práce je popsat očkování tvárné litiny kombinací očkovadla a nauhličovala. U nauhličovadla se vyhodnocuje, zda jej bude vhodnější aplikovat do tavícího agregátu, nebo do metalurgické pánve. Porovnávaná očkovadla jsou na bázi baria, nebo zirkonia. Při porovnávání vhodnosti metalurgických postupů se budou sledovat podmínky provozu, struktura a mechanické vlastnosti.

The purpose of this work is to describe the inoculation of ductile iron with combination of inoculant and recarburiser. In carbon additive is evaluated whether it is better to apply a melting furnace, or metallurgical pan. Compared inoculant are on base of barium or zirkonium. When comparing the suitability of metallurgical processes will observe the conditions of operation, structure and mechanical properties.
