Abstract

This work is focused on general repairs and modernization of heavy machine tool in the company Vitkovice Power Engineering. The machine will modernize by reason of his physical and moral age. The introduction describes the distribution of CNC boring machines, the issue of modernization of machines and their maintenance. The aim of this work is a description of options for the modernization of heavy machine tool, a proposal of a possible execution and define areas of possible savings. Modernization of machine in the company takes the form of tender, I finally compare offers of possible to repair the machine and using the method of multi-criteria decision, I chose the best option.
