Zavedení systému vyhodnocení efektivnosti uplatňovaní požadavků BOZP na pracovištích

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce navrhuje zavedení systému hodnocení efektivnosti práce vedoucích zaměstnanců v oblasti BOZP pomocí interaktivní tabulky. Tato tabulka je detailně popsaná včetně popisu matematického přístupu k výsledkům hodnocení. Na závěr této práce jsou nastíněny návrhy na zlepšení funkce této metody a je posouzen přínos této metody společnosti a její doporučení.

This diploma thesis suggests an introduction of a system of evaluation of work effectiveness of foreman for OSH by interactive table. The table is described and also mathematical approach for results of the evaluation is described. In the end of the diploma thesis the suggestion for improvement of function of the method is discussed and the benefit of the method for the company is evaluated. And also the recommendation of the method is discussed.
