Finanční krize v pojetí ekonomických teorií

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je finanční krize v pojetí ekonomických teorií, konkrétně americká finanční krize. Cílem diplomové práce je objasnit, shrnout a podrobit rozboru příčiny finanční krize, následky krize a nápravná opatření k řešení a preventivní opatření k zabránění finanční krize v pojetí různých ekonomických teorií. Pro naplnění cíle diplomové práce byla použita metoda syntéza, analýza a komparace. V teoretické části byla zaměřena pozornost na druhy krizí a její projevy v různých zemích. V rámci praktické části, konkrétně v případě příčin finanční krize, tak zde docházejí představitelé jednotlivých ekonomických škol k rozličným závěrům. Neshody panují především v případě globálních nerovnováh, deregulace a legislativních změn. V rámci následků krize se jednotliví představitelé různých škol spíše shodují a doplňují. V případě následků došlo k rozboru bankovní a ekonomické krize. Pokud jde o nápravná opatření k řešení a preventivní opatření k zabránění krize, tak zde se přístupy ekonomických škol také spíše shodují a doplňují. Byla přijata řada měnových a fiskální opatření. V případě preventivních opatření je důležitý nový regulatorní rámec.

The thesis deals with the financial crisis in the concept of economic theories, namely the US financial crisis. The thesis aims to clarify, summarize and also to analyze the causes of the financial crisis, the consequences of the crisis and corrective actions to address and precautionary measures to prevent the financial crisis in the concept of different economic theories. To reach the goal of the thesis was used synthesis, analysis and comparison. In the theoretical part, attention has been focused on the types of crises and its manifestations in different countries. In the practical part, namely, the causes of the financial crisis, so here representatives attend various schools to different conclusions. Disagreement exists especially in the case of global imbalances, deregulation and legislative changes. In the context of the crisis with the different actors in different schools rather consistent and complementary. In the case of the consequences has been the analysis of the banking and economic crisis. Regarding corrective actions to address and precautionary measures to prevent the crisis, and there is also a school of economic approaches rather consistent and complementary.
