Analýza možností implementace statistické regulace procesu v hutním podniku.

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na možnost zavedení statistické regulace vybraného procesu v hutním podniku. V první části jsou podrobně popsány zásady a metody provádění statistické regulace procesu, její fáze a nástroje. Druhá část je věnována představení společnosti, která je největší hutí s největší výrobou oceli u nás. Další část se zabývá analýzou současného stavu používaných statistických metod a nástrojů v podniku. Poslední kapitola je věnována seznámení s výrobním procesem válcování drátu, při kterém je ověřován jeden ze znaků kvality a tím je průměr válcovaného drátu. Právě tento znak kvality je předmětem aplikace statistické regulace procesu. V závěru je pak vyhodnocení a navržení doporučení ohledně zavedení SPC.

This thesis focuses on the possibility of introducing statistical process control in selected metallurgical enterprise. In the first part are described in detail the principles and methods of statistical process control, its phases and tools. The second part is devoted to the presentation of the company that is the largest smelter with the largest steel production in the country. Another section deals with the analysis of the current state of the used statistical methods and tools in the enterprise. The last chapter is devoted to familiarization with the wire manufacturing process, in which is verified one of the characters of the quality is the diameter of wire rod. This quality characteristic is subject to the application of statistical process control. In conclusion, then is the evaluation and propose recommendations for the introduction of SPC.
