Studie využití proluky v areálu Baťa Zlín

Abstract

Zabojnikova, G.: Land Use Study of Demolished Area in former Bata Factory Zlín, Ostrava, VSB - Technical Universit of Ostrava, Department of Urban Engineering, 2015, Diploma thesis, Supervisor: Ing. arch. Jaroslav Sedlecký., 64 pages. Diploma thesis deals with the design of new infill building caused by demolition of factory buildings no. 24, 25 and 26 in the factory area Baťa in Zlín. This area is not situated in the city centre. It falls into a city conservation area and therefore it was necessary to respect zoning which characterize the town. Thesis is about four options of housing development, evaluation and afterwards processing one of them. The overal result is land use study, which looks into practical space solution, transport accessibility, continuity of current utilities , constructionally-technical and typological processing of designed buildings and creation purposive public area. Further to current issues and requirements of city centre there is designed multifunctional building providing space for amenities, offices and car park. Conclusion provides view of financial evaluation designed solution.
