Rozvojové aspekty regionálních letišť

Abstract

Disertační práce se zabývá hodnocením rozvojových aspektů regionálních letišť v širším geopolitickém prostoru Střední Evropy. Ta je definována celkem devíti státními celky, které se obecně dělí na Alpské země (Německo, Rakousko, Švýcarsko, Slovinsko a Lichtenštejnsko) a Visegrádskou čtyřku (Česko, Maďarsko, Slovensko, Polsko). U jednotlivých letišť jsou hodnoceny vlivy parametrů vzletové a přistávací dráhy, údaje o počtu obyvatel příslušného sídelního útvaru (města nebo aglomerací, u kterých je letiště umístěno), poloze vůči centru města a jeho dopravního napojení ve vztahu ke statistickým datům z období let 2009 – 2013, která mapují počet odbavených cestujících, počty pohybů letadel (vzletů a přistání) a množství odbaveného cargo nákladů v tunách. Cílem disertační práce je analýza parametrů vybraných letišť, statistické vyhodnocení vztahů a závislostí jednotlivých částí zkoumaných jevů, popis výsledných nejvýznamnějších rozvojových aspektů a návrh aplikací využitelných pro regionální letiště v České republice.

This dissertation deals with the evaluation of the developmental aspects of regional airports in a wider geopolitical space of Central Europe. It is defined by a total of nine States, which are generally divided into Alpine countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Slovenia and Liechtenstein) and the Visegrad Four (Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia and Poland). Individual airports are evaluated in terms of the effects of runway parameters, population of the relevant settlement unit (city or agglomeration where the airport is located), position relative to the city center and its transport connectivity in relation to 2009–2013 statistical data, which map the number of passenger movements, the number of aircraft movements (takeoffs and landings) and the amount of cargo movements in tonnes. The dissertation aims to analyse the parameters of the selected airports, statistically evaluate the relationships and dependencies between the various parts of the phenomena being studied, describe the resulting most important developmental aspects and propose applications useful for regional airports in the Czech Republic.
