DPH a ostatní aspekty spojené s výstavbou fotovoltaických elektráren ve vybraných státech

Abstract

Tato práce je zaměřena na problematiku DPH a ostatní aspekty spojené s výstavbou fotovoltaických elektráren ve vybraných státech (Česká, Slovenská, Bulharská a Rumunská republika). Cílem této diplomové práce je navržení optimalizace cash flow české společnosti, zabývající se projektováním a instalacemi fotovoltaických elektráren, z pohledu uplatňování resp. neuplatňování DPH při jejich výstavbě v ČR a ve vybraných zemích EU.

This thesis is focused on problematic of VAT and other aspects related to construction of photovoltaic power plants in selected countries (Czech, Slovak, Bulgarian and Romanian Republic). The goal of the thesis is to suggest an optimization of cash flow of czech company engaged in the projecting and installation of photovoltaic power plants, from the perspective of the application, resp. non-application of VAT on the construction in the Czech Republic and selected EU countries.
