Stavební údržba objektů na bázi přírodních materiálů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku plánování stavební údržby a oprav u klasických staveb a u objektů na bázi přírodních materiálů a vytvoření vzorového plánu údržby, oprav a revizí. V teoretické části jsou popsána teoretická východiska plánů a právní předpisy. Dále jsou definovány pojmy, které souvisí s tématem bakalářské práce, jako jsou údržba, životnost, opotřebení, revize a jejich rozdělení. V praktické části je rozdělení staveb na bázi přírodních materiálů, příčiny jejich ohrožení a jsou detailně popsány jednotlivé funkční díly stavby. Na podrobnou analýzu budov pak navazuje vypracování vzorového plánu kontrol a údržby, a vzorový plán revizí vypracován pomocí tabulkového procesoru Excel. Závěrem praktické části je porovnání a zhodnocení rozdílů.

The Bachelor thesis focuses on the problematic of the building maintenance and reparations planning for the classical buildings and objects based on natural materials and creation of the model plan for preventive maintenance, reparations and revisions. The theoretical part describes the theoretical basis of prevention plans and juridical regulations. Further, the terms related to the topic of the thesis, such as a maintenance, lifetime, wear, revision and dividing of these aspects are defined. In practical part is described division of buildings based on natural materials, the reason of their endangerment and detailed description of individual functional parts of building. The detailed analysis of the building is followed by the preparation of the model plan of inspections, maintenance and by master plan of revisions created by using an Excel spreadsheet. The end of the practical part is comparison and evaluation of differences.
