This diploma thesis deals with influence of wood surface treatment on the optical density of smoke. In order to inquest this influence was used method for determination the optical smoke of density in simple chamber test according to standard ČSN EN ISO 5659-2:2013. In theoretical part is described wood oak with his properties, problems wood surface treatment with emphasis on ecological and no ecological coating materials and theoretical basis assessment the optical density of smoke. In practical part are evaluated experimentally gained data and assessed effects surveyed ecological and no ecological coating materials intended for surface treatment of wood on the optical density of smoke.
