Studium sklokeramických povlaků v kontaktu s biologickým prostředím

Abstract

The theoretical part of thesis is focused on glass-ceramic smalt coating theory, its characteristics and the technologies of their spreading. Furthermore, the focus is on biological materials and their contacts with coatings. The experimental part of this thesis is not only focused on samples selection and their pre-treating, but mostly on their enameling followed by application into a biological medium. This medium represents a fusion of water (1 liter) and salt (9 grams). Surface roughness measurements and photo-documentation taken both, before and after the materials are immersed into the physiological fluid, is also included. The whole experiment results in evaluation of the biological medium influence over glass-ceramic coating.
