Systém výcviku specialistů technických systémů ŘLP

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá výcvikem specialistů technických systémů. První část práce se týká obecného seznámení s podnikem ŘLP ČR, s. p., činnostmi, poskytujícími službami a technickými systémy, které jsou nezbytné pro poskytování služeb řízení letového provozu. V další části se věnuji průběhu a požadavkům výběrového řízení a výcviku nového technika až po dosažení konečné licence supervizora. Praktickou částí mé práce je provedení hodnocení stávajícího systému výběru a výcviku nových techniků a označení problematických postupů, u kterých bych navrhl úpravy. Hodnocení je provedeno formou dotazníku u stávajících specialistů, kteří daným výcvikem prošli, na jehož základě a po následných konzultacích se stávajícími supervizory navrhnu možné úpravy.

This bachelor thesis is dealing with the training of specialists of technical systems. The first part concerns the general familiarization of ANS CR, activities, providing services and technical systems that are essential for providing air traffic services. In the next part I devote to the course and requirements of the selection procedure, training of a new technician to reach the final supervisor license. Practical part of my thesis is to conduct an assessment of the current system of selection and training of new technician and identification of problematic practices, in which I suggested adjustments. Assessment is carried out through a questionnaire with current specialists who passed the training. On the basis of, and after further consultation with current supervisors will suggest possible modifications.
