Testovací systém pro před-servisní detekci poruchy v mobilním telefonu

Abstract

Tato práce řeší problematiku testování hardwarových komponent mobilních telefonů s operačním systémem Android. Program v mobilním telefonu či tabletu projde s uživatelem jednotlivé komponenty a otestuje je buď automaticky nebo s pomocí uživatele. Výsledek testů poté odešle do databáze. Dle výsledku testů operátor rozhodne, zda-li je vhodné mobilní telefon odeslat na reklamaci, nebo jestli vše funguje, jak má. Díky této aplikaci se zefektivní reklamace mobilních telefonů a tabletů.

This bachelor thesis deals with testing hardware components of cell phones with operating system Android. The program in cell phone or tablet goes through components of phone with user and tests them automaticly or with the aid of user. Test’s results are sent to database. Operator decides whether it is suitable to send cell phone to reclamation or it is ok according to test results. This application makes the reclamation of cell phones more efficient.
