Abstract

Bachelor thesis is dealing increase productivity of machine for laser beam. The theoretical part is devoted to the basics of laser welding. Brief description and definition of welding types. Next part of thesis deals with a distribution of plastic materials and their suitability for laser welding. The practical part contains an analysis of the current device on which selected optimization will be applied to increase productivity. A detailed description and analysis of the device is included in the experimental part. The conclusion of the thesis is the calculation of the ROI to determine the suitability of the purposefulness of the investment.
