Stanovení opotřebení bytového domu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce s názvem Stanovení opotřebení bytového domu provádí čtenáře tématem stanovení opotřebení nemovitostí v rámci životního cyklu budovy. Cílem této bakalářské práce byl návrh různých metod pro stanovení opotřebení bytového domu a jejich realizace na vybraném objektu. Dále bylo cílem následné plánování oprav a rekonstrukčních prací na základě fyzické životnosti. Práce se také zabývá vysvětlením základních pojmů souvisejících s danou problematikou. Součástí bakalářské práce jsou výpočty a postupy, které umožňují náhled do praxe stanovení opotřebení v reálných situacích. V závěrečné části bakalářské práce jsou popsány možnosti vylepšení.

The bachelor thesis, called Determination of wear residential building is used by the reader to determine the wear of real estate within the life cycle of a building. The aim of this bachelor thesis was the proposal of various methods for determination of wear of a residential building, and their realization on selected object. Further, the purpose of the subsequent planning of repairs and reconstruction works was based on physical life. The thesis also deals with the explanation of basic concepts related to the given issue. Part of the bachelor thesis is the calculations and procedures, which allow to see in practice the determination of wear in real situations. The final part of the bachelor thesis describes the possibilities of improvement.
