Bezpečnostní požadavky při provádění spodní stavby bytového domu

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je projekt pro stavební povolení a stanovení bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci u spodní stavby. Bytový dům je řešen jako novostavba na nezastavěné parcele. Součástí práce je výkresová dokumentace, souhrnná technická zpráva, technická zpráva, technická zpráva zařízení staveniště, tepelně technické posouzení vybraných konstrukcí, BOZP při provádění spodní stavy, časový harmonogram a rozpočet objektu. Bakalářská práce identifikuje rizika, stanovuje přípravu a zabezpečení staveniště a provoz stavebních strojů z hlediska bezpečnosti.

The purpose of bachelor thesis is the project for detail planning permission and the determination of safety and health protectin at work at the building substructure. Residental building is solved as a new building on the undeveloped parcel. Project is processed within the scope of detailed planning permission. Bachelor thesis includes design, final technical report, technical report, technical report of building equipment, thermal technical requirements of the selected construction, plan of safety requirements of residental building substructure implementation, schedule and itemized budget. Bachelor thesis identifies risks, sets preparation site and construction machinery from terms safety.
