Posouzení technického zařízení z hlediska BOZP

Abstract

Tato práce se bude zabývat posouzením konkrétního technického zařízení, které dle současných požadavků BOZP představuje zdroj vzniku závažného nebo smrtelného pracovního úrazu. Zaměří se zejména na rotující části strojního zařízení (soustruh). Podrobněji budou popsány požadavky na bezpečnou manipulaci s tímto rotujícím zařízením. Výsledkem bude přijetí opatření zpracováním místního provozního bezpečnostního předpisu pro bezpečnou manipulaci a návrh na vytvoření technické zábrany v podobě ochranného krytu pro znemožnění kontaktu obsluhy s rotujícími částmi stroje.

This work will deal with the assessment of the specific technical device being the source of a serious accident or occupational fatality in view of current OSH requirements. The thesis will be focused mainly on rotating parts of the machine (a lathe). Requirements for operating the rotating equipment safely will be described in detail. The thesis will result in taking measures by formulating local operating safety regulations for safe handling and the design of a technical barrier in the form of a protective cover to prevent an operator from contacting the rotating parts of the machine.
