Kategorizace prací a vyhodnocení dopadu moderní technologie na ochranu zdraví zaměstnanců při práci

Abstract

Předložená bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku kategorizace prací a vyhodnocení dopadu nové, moderní technologie na ochranu zdraví zaměstnanců při práci. V první části se práce zabývá problematikou kategorizace prací dle legislativních požadavků a popisem jednotlivých rizikových faktorů. V další části je proveden výtah a hodnocení z podkladů od zaměstnavatele – výsledků měření rizikových faktorů, protokolů a rozhodnutí Krajské hygienické stanice Moravskoslezského kraje. V závěru je vyhodnocen dopad nové, moderní technologie na zdraví zaměstnanců a proveden nový návrh kategorizace prací.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of categorization of work and evaluate the impact of new and modern technologies to protect the health of workers at work. The first part deals with the issue of categorization of work according to legislative requirements and a description of the risk factors. In the next section is executed the lift and review of the supporting documents from the employer – the results of the measurement of risk factors, protocols and decisions of the Regional Public Health Station of the moravian-Silesian region. In conclusion, it is evaluated the impact of the new, modern technology on the health of employees and implemented new proposal for categorization of works.
