Analýza procesů managementu kvality v nakupování ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

Tématem této bakalářské práce je Analýza procesů managementu kvality v nakupování ve vybrané organizaci pomocí srovnání požadavků normy ČSN ISO 9001:2009 a ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016. V první části této práce se zabývám teoretickými východisky z problematiky nakupování, včetně popsání jednotlivých požadavků z normy. Druhá část je již praktická se zaměřením na firmu HoFi engineering s.r.o, kde jsem srovnávala jejich plnění požadavků s normami. Po analyzování aktuálního stavu firmy jsem navrhla, jak jejich situaci zlepšit.

The theme of this thesis is the Analysis of the Quality Management Processes in Purchasing in the Selected Organization through the comparison with standard ISO 9001: 2009 and ISO 9001: 2016. In the first part this thesis I deal with theoretical issues of purchasing, including a description of the individual requirements of the standard. The second part is practical, focusing on company Hofi engineering s.r.o where I compared their fulfillment of the requirements with standards. After analyzing the current status the company, I suggested, how their situation improve.
